Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Whilst we can appreciate you're eager to receive your one-of-a kind tiles; this is due to being specially imported over on a made to order basis. Thank you for your patience!
Delivery Access
Let us know in advance if there are any access issues such as narrow lanes, repair works or loose/ uneven road surface. Letting us know ahead of time will allow for alternative arrangements to be made if needed so your order won't experience any delays.
There may be an extra charge if the point of delivery is unsuitable for pump truck or for redelivery - we will contact you about this when necessary.
