For tiles we keep stocked in the UK, delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. For imported tiles it can take a little longer around 4-6 weeks, depending on the brand.
You’ll find the exact timing under the ‘Delivery Times’ tab on each product page, but if you're unsure, just send us a message we’re always happy to double check for you.

Yes! We offer international shipping for select brands. However, it's important to note that you'll be responsible for any import taxes and the cost of delivery from the port to your doorstep.If you’re planning an international project, pop us a message and we’ll walk you through the options.

As an online only retailer, we don't have a physical showroom, which allows us to keep our prices competitive and our tile selection wide. We know how important it is to feel confident in your choices, so our friendly customer service team is always ready to chat and help you pick the perfect tiles for your project.

Plus, we offer samples so you can see and feel the tiles in person before making a decision.

Absolutely! Samples can be ordered directly from each product page. They’re hand cut from full size stock, so you get a proper feel for the colour, tone and texture.They'll arrive in 2–3 working days, and if you place a full order over £600, the cost is on us.

After you order a sample, we’ll automatically send you a £14.99 discount code. If you place a full tile order over £600, just pop the code in at checkout and the sample is on us.

Some of our tiles come directly from Italy and have higher shipping and import costs, especially for orders under 40m².

In other cases, a surcharge may apply on smaller orders depending on the supplier’s delivery requirements.

If any additional charges apply, they’ll be clearly shown at checkout and if you’re unsure, just get in touch and we’ll talk you through it or help find the best option for your project.

Slab tiles need specialist delivery due to their size and weight. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you with a custom delivery quote based on your postcode and whether you’re able to offload the tiles on-site.

As a guide, most slab tile deliveries range from £675+ including the factory crating fee.
